We are excited to announce the first two new courses we will be running in 2025! These will be Round Timber Framing Courses -
If you are interested in attending one or both of these courses please get in touch through the CONTACT page. We have one subsidised place available on each course - so please get in touch if you think you would be eligible (priority will be allocated to local participants). We will send out a booking form once we have got your contact details, and will also include information about site facilities and local accomodation. The course aims to cover skills and techniques used in round timber framing. We intend to include some or all of the following: preparing the timber, marking the timber, cutting mortice and tenon joints, marking and cutting a scarf joint, joining the round timber, assembling a frame.
